Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Setup or Configuration Issues: While we offer assistance to guide you through the setup of our services, refunds are not provided for challenges related to system or device setup.
  • Service Interruptions: Occasional disruptions due to factors outside our control—such as internet connectivity issues, device problems, or brief server maintenance—do not qualify for refunds. Our team works diligently to maintain stability and address any disruptions swiftly.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel or switch services for personal reasons, this does not qualify for a refund. We do not offer refunds for decisions based on personal preference after purchase.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription fees. We encourage users to take advantage of our trial period to assess the suitability of our service before committing to a subscription.

Refund Conditions:

In Case of Major Service Disruptions:

Should you experience a major disruption to your IPTV service caused by our system (such as downtime exceeding 48 hours), we will not only refund your payment but also extend your subscription for the period of the outage plus a compensatory bonus to make up for the inconvenience.
